A great new way to practice reading Japanese
Lately I've been keeping up with news in Japanese by using two really neat applications together:
1 - Google's new beta rss news-reader
2 - Jon Zarate's update to my firefox rikaixul plugin, "rikaichan"
The neat thing is that you can turn rikaichan on in the tab that google-reader lives in, and mouseover new stories as they pop up instantly.

Currently, I use it to keep up with a number of news-sources, e.g.:

Nikkei net: http://bulknews.net/rss/rdf.cgi?NikkeiNet
Wired News in Japanese: http://hotwired.goo.ne.jp/news/index.rdf
Slashdot Japan: http://slashdot.jp/slashdotjp.rss

I also found this list of Japanese rss feeds, which includes a few c-net blogs and the like.

What are your favorite blogs in Japanese?
