A great new way to practice reading Japanese
Lately I've been keeping up with news in Japanese by using two really neat applications together:
1 - Google's new beta rss news-reader
2 - Jon Zarate's update to my firefox rikaixul plugin, "rikaichan"
The neat thing is that you can turn rikaichan on in the tab that google-reader lives in, and mouseover new stories as they pop up instantly.
Currently, I use it to keep up with a number of news-sources, e.g.:
I also found this list of Japanese rss feeds, which includes a few c-net blogs and the like.
What are your favorite blogs in Japanese?

First off, Rikai is awesome and Rikaichan is even better.
Thanks for recommending it... However, are there any websites for children/intermediate japanese that you can recommend.
The newspapers are still too hard for me at this time.

As for me, I find all the blogs in http://plaza.rakuten.co.jp as complicated enough.. The problem is to find a blog enough interesting...
